I know I’m a bit late to jump on the sigma bandwagon but I've had my sigma brush for around 2 months, and I like to test my make up/tools for some time before I review it.
I’m not down with the whole au-naturale look and more often than not I have foundation on, and in order for your foundation to look good on you must use a good brush. I have used various different brands of brushes for my foundation, some okay others not so, none of them felt perfect enough until I discovered the Sigma Flat Top Synthetic Kabuki - F80.
My first reaction of the F80 brush was that the bristles felt soft but at the same time it was very dense, the brush handle is long which meant its the perfect size for me to have total control over my application.
I used my F80 brush with my Mac Studio Fix liquid foundation and the results were flawless, it gave me an airbrushed sort of look, full coverage and you couldn't see a single mark (left by years of popping my spots) on my face. Since its a kabuki buffer brush, its meant to be used for dry powder based foundation or liquid, I haven't used it with powder yet but it works so well with liquid foundation and it did a fantastic job of buffing out my foundation in circular motions.
I thought my skin looked really good after using it, but the number of compliments I recieved from all my friends just proved to me how great this brush is, everyone kept telling me how clear my skin looked and one friend in particualr asked me if all my spots had disappered? LOL.
I say if you're looking for a brush that doesn't leave a whole in you're pocket and at the same makes you look uh-mazing go for the Sigma F80 brush, every penny spent on it will be worth it.
Verdict- This is the holy grail of all foundation brushes :D
